Responsible to assist in achieve effective OSH & SMS implementation. Assist and participate in any sampling exercise as assigned by the Executive Chef. Ensure action is taken on every feedback received from airlines with regards to food quality as instructed by the Executive Chef. Responsible to maintain kitchen cleanliness at all times during operational. Compulsory compliance to Food Safety and other SOP with regards to kitchen operations. Ensure food are prepared and cooked as per agreed standard and specification. To assist Chef/Chef De Partie prepare/ check stock order materials required by the Hot & Cold Kitchen.
